Kelly, You are correct, the people at Freelotto are trying to Rip you off! They are trying to trick you! They are lying to you! They are trying to steal your money! Freelotto uses many names! Do not give them your Visa! Thank you for letting us know about them and thank you for letting us know which name they are using! Take care of yourself!
