I signed up for this "freebie" site months ago. I finished it months ago and completed my end of the bargain which was to complete an offer and refer several people to do the same. I was eventually approved for my free gift. During this time, I had to write several customer service tickets just to have them look at my approval form. They only write you back if you bug them about it. Now I have ordered my free gifts from their sites. I am currently being "processed" which was noted in the TOS to take 7-10 days. It has been months. They will not respond to my customer service tickets except with an automated response. I would just like my items or a check for the value of them. This has been too much of a hassle for me and hundreds to thousands of others.
