Could you please provide contact information for someone who would have the final say in this matter. Perhaps you have a customer service supervisor who might then deal with an issue if your customer is not satisfied. I would also like to know who has been helping me, sorry, emailing me without offering any kind of customer service at all. My credit card company will be emailed this information to see that a refund was asked for one day after the card was charged. The charge will be reversed. I'm just not clear on why your company would not just refund the $8.

"Buy" as in buy our service. At the top of the listing is a note that you create the real music ringtone from CD or MP3. Also, if you click on the song it also tells you this.

I pasted these two lines from your home page(before being a member). Can you please explain why the option to "buy" is there if you cannot purchase it? Also the line "Didn't find the song you were looking for?" Well, yes as a matter of fact the song I was looking for was on that list...with the little "BUY" icon to click. But guess what, you can't actually buy it, you HAVE to(NO OTHER CHOICE) make it. False advertising. I would like a refund.

The list you refer to is the top ringtone list, and it's noted that you create them from your CDs or MP3 files.
