Complaint Review: Freestand Financial - Internet

The comments made in this report fail to state an actual claim as to how I hurt or damaged the individual making the report or anyone else for that matter.  The generality of the report makes it impossible to properly respond.  On its surface it is somewhat obvious that the individual writing this has an agenda that extends beyond the purpose of this website.

The mortgage company that my wife and I owned was operated with the utmost integrity and professionalism.  In fact, the core values of the organization, and the other businesses I have owned, were based on the Golden Rule of treating others the way we would want to be treated.  This went for our customers, employees, and anyone else that we had dealings with.  The company employed nearly 1000 employees across a dozen states.   
 
The business was sold and the under new ownership it eventually went out of business as did many others when the financial markets began melting down in 2007.

Given the tenor of this malicious report I would have dismissed it entirely as being a competitor or someone else with a personal agenda.  However, the personal attacks on my character and integrity are without merit and deserve a response for the benefit of those who do not know me.

I would encourage the author to identify themselves and / or at a minimum substantiate these allegations.

I welcome anyone reading this report (and the author) to contact me directly.  I live in the same home with my wife of 15 years and 3 children as I have for several years, my phone number has been the same for over a decade, and my personal and business information is readily available via the internet.
