The worst florist I have ever dealt with!
I am talking from experience and want to spread the word so that you do not get taken for a ride like me.
I work overseas and tried to surprise my wife in Australia on Valentine’s Day.
I used their website to book and pay for their services and was led to believe the flowers would be delivered to her work place on Valentine’s Day
I received an email stating my order was on hold and would not be delivered and to call them. They said in an email that they had tried to email me many times before holding back my order.
THIS IS A LIE
Only one email, after they cancelled my order, was received and then it was far too late to respond.
When I tried call them a voice message answers saying don’t leave a message??? The NZ web site is the same.
Sally, my beautiful wife, was the only one at work that never received flowers that day.
I vowed to her that I would ensure that no one else is caught by this company. Imagine how she felt, watching everyone else receive love and gifts from their partners, then going home empty handed and crying because "fresh flowers and gifts" lied.
This is one of many messages that I will spread in my attempt to discredit this dishonest company. I will ensure every florist in both Australia and NZ gets a copy of this message
They haven’t even apologized to her for their lack of concern
