This former client of MAS had filed a dispute with her bank stating that the payment that MAS processed from her account was not authorized. I have personally listened to the recorded authorization tape to verify that it was in fact authorized. Her bank returned the funds back to Amber and withdrew them back out of our account. In the meantime, Amber had requested a refund from the company as well, which was approved and a check mailed to her for $150. This was prior to the knowledge that the funds were charged back to Amber's account. In effect, not only did she receive $150 from the company, she also received the full amount of money back from our account. Interesting that a thief would complain in this manner.
