Our mitigators fight everyday to get our client's result. Perhaps most interesting is bar rules prevent our firm from listing those who obtained successful modifications. This "complaint" points out the fear typical of those going through the foreclosure process.
Our firm is actually staffed and run by attorney's unlike others who call and rely on a shadow attorney who does not work in the facility or does not review the files. Please call us so we can explain the process further so you can understand the difference between legal service and the modification process.
Our firm affiliates with local lawyers through a national network of attorney's who deal with the legal process in your state. We focus our efforts, outside of Florida, on obtaining successful loan modifications. This means the complainant needs to contact our office so we can put them in touch with local counsel who can help.
We can speak with your mortgage company and submit documents on your behalf but cannot and do not practice law in Alabama. An Alabama attorney is the only person qualified to defend you in your state.
I am the principle of this firm which is dedicated to fighting for those who do not understand the process or cannot deal with the mountain of paperwork required by banks. We fight and obtain results daily. Nobody can or will ever diminish the passion we bring to our work.
As for vague allegations of investigations carried on against my law firm I suggest the record is clear. Any attempts to sully my name or that of my firm will be defended. We are presently reviewing cases in which our client's were abused during the modification process and plan on litigating against the banks well into this decade.
Our goal is to fight for our client's and I hope the unknown complainant will contact me so we can clear up the confusion about who we are and what we are all about.
