Fromyouflowers.com Worst service ever!! Internet
Had ordered from this company on many occasions with them delivering flowers. Last Valentine's Day I paid extra to have flowers delivered by a certain time which never happened. When I called to complain, I received many I'm sorries until they finally sent me a $20 certificate for another order if I wanted to place one. Today I go onto their site to order more flowers and for some reason the coupon code doesn't work. I call once again and am asked everything except my SS number and after being on the phone for 20 minutes, the lady wants me to repeat all my info because she must have hit a wrong key and deleted it all. I now ask for a manager and she puts me on hold, she comes back after a few minutes and tells me that she will help me and asks me for all my info again. I now scream at her and tell her to put a manager on the phone at which point she hangs up on me. I call back once again and finally speak to a manager who handles my order, I pay extra for same day delivery which is guaranteed by 6pm. It's 8:30pm and flowers still not delivered and have to call back again and ask for a manager. Lady refuses to put a manager on the phone until I give her all my information which I am forced to do. She starts asking me more questions and I now scream once again to put a manager on the phone. Manager gets on, asks me all the same questions the First Lady asked me and again apologizes and says that the local florist they use is closed and they will call tomorrow and get the flowers delivered. I told the lady that the only way they will be delivered tomorrow is if they give me a total refund at which point I was offered a 50% discount and I refused. Spent well over an hour with them on the phone and my time is worth a lot more than $25. Screw me once, shame on me. Screw me twice, shame on them. I highly suggest no one ever use this company
