Frontier Online Pharmacy - USA Pharmacy ripoff SHAMELESS SCAMMERS Charge for the script and fees NEVER DELIVER Internet
This pharmacy is an ABSOLUTE, SHAMELESS SCAM!! I am sickened to think of all of the seniors and others that are getting ripped with no access to this site, or the tenacity to keep contacting these scammers....here's my all too familiar story...
I placed my order in good faith--waited for confirmation e-mail
Week later, nothing -call, put on hold for 30 min--finally was told by rep to have physician fax script--do so and wait--NO response from Frontier. Call again(repeat the waiting process).
New response when I reach them--special script, my physician must
MAIL actual script--doc's office does so...
wait, call, put on hold again,...GUESS WHAT? They mysteriously never received the script...and I was told to go back to my doc's office personally for a new script and mail it to them again!!!
I DID get the script, but by this time, I actually had to fill it and also was getting suspicious-so I never actually sent the script to Frontier. When I called days later(repeat the on-hold for 30 min), they had, "RECEIVED the new script" that I NEVER sent!!! But now I had to wait because the imaginary script had to be "approved by a supervisor".....it gets better....
Next day, just for fun, I called to say I was furious about this delay, was giving them this one last chance and was given the news that my script had been sent just that very day!!(what mysteriously great timing!!!)I was given a very lengthy confirmation number, and was told to call, "Craig" , my personal prescription buddy every 3 weeks or so to order(read authorize new charges to my credit card)...the last, most telling contact was today...
Called,(20 min hold) and I was very pleasant--as if I had never called the day before. Guess what? They had NO RECORD of my e-mail address or the confirmation #( accessible the day before) When I mentioned to the girl that someone easily found it the day before, she put me on hold, came back, had magically found my e-mail and confirmation#(a totally different # and funnily enough, not even the same length of numbers!-picture some bimbo randomly spewing out whatever came to mind) and told me the script had JUST BEEN MAILED TODAY.....
SO...I said, "GEE that's funny, told her about my contact with them the day before, and also that I had found this website with strikingly similar stories of scamming!!! There was silence... I informed her, "officially" of my cancellation, made noise about action if I received any additional charges ...the last chapter..when I went to retrieve their number for this report--the number that I had easily pulled from my call history now read, "Unavailable" .....sound familiar?????????????

BE WARNED!The scam goes on. when you call Fedex with your supposedly, legitimate tracking number, they say that a company has printed your label, but never sent a package. I have contacted their legal department(Fedex) and steered them to this website, and will also pursue. I have already informed my physician about this scam pharmacy and all it's names. I plan to fax copies of my story to every physicians office I can think of. That's only the start. I hope all of those scammed will join this effort. no doubt the rats will scurry away quickly, but while they're still in business, I will tell everyone I know. I tried to save 40 bucks and got sucked out of 80, but I will spend as MUCH time as necessary. Those of you who are still in contact with these souless people; BE WARNED, if you get insistant with them(as I did today), they are apologetic and professional, then you find out what their next trick is. Some of these claims in here talk about getting satisfaction? well, I'm doubtful, that's more of the scam.. THINK. if you haven't cancelled your credit card, do SO IMMEDIATELY. they may not hit you for awhile until you're lulled into not checking your statements scrupulously.
