In attempting to fill a prescription online to save money, I walked right into the card33 / bflpay-supersave5c.com scam!

I ordered a prescription through Frontier Pharmacies online and was assured of a confirmation email soon and a delivery within the usual reasonable time (a week to 10 days). Actually, they even made references to overnight shipping/ delivery! (HAH!)

After receiving no confirmation email AND no product within a few days, I went to my credit card online account access to check recent activity. Sure enough -- there was a fee of $19.95 charged to BFLPAY-SUPERSAVE5C.COM. I then went to Google and searched for that name and for card33 (which was also listed on the credit card notation). I found a list of Rip-off Reports connected to this group. They also use www.universalrxfl.com, which was the company I had initial connected to for purchasing. Somehow in the process, it shifted to Frontier Pharmacies, etc.

I have sent messages through their customer support and been given a request/ processing number. I contacted my credit card's Investigative Solutions department, and they worked with me in a cordial and very helpful manner. However, I expressed my concern about this company proceeding to bill me even after I have sent multiple methods of contact. I was told that we would have to wait and if they bill me again, then we can file a grievance and pursue the matter. That is very disturbing news considering I have done everything I could to cancel this thing.

There are multiple, many pharmacy "companies" connected to that card33.com, and the common denominator seems to be that they SAY that they are giving a free trial period w/ NO fee starting until after the first 30 days, up until which one may cancel. Two problems -- the means for canceling are elusive and/ or dead-end AND they hit you with a $19.95 fee initially that is buried in the first-time processing in a way that makes it veritably hidden.

I am glad that Rip-off Report was such a big help! Thank you.
