Employees at frys are treated horribly and are written up and harrassed by management for reasons that are made up and not even correctly documented. Employees are being written up for days they missed because they were hospitalized and days that they had been late because they had a family emergency or indeed went into the emergency room.

Managers at this store are less worried about morale and more worried about whether or not they are gonna get the year end bonus for cutting hours and having being under budget for hours. Managers are also telling other employees about some employees disciplinary actions clearly violating the employee employer confidentiality act.

On top of that managers run around harrassing other employees that they are "vertically challenged" and "are you ever going to work" while this is going on the union is doing nothing about it. you make your call to them and they do not call you back.

Ive watched many of my friends and coworkers be treated extremely poorly and then when spoke up to management about it, they were fired or suspended just days later.

The store manager Diane is extremely rude and talks down to employees and customers and avoids simple employee questions about theyre schedules or standard work problems. This store is very poorly run and if you ask the employees in this store if they like theyre job the will simply tell you. Its the only place to work at out here.

On top of all this employees must remain on part time basis until they get 40 hours for 12 weeks, but as soon as the 9th or 10th week rolls around the hours get cut so they cannot get full time. Full time gets u benefits after a year of being with the company. Part time can't ever seem to get it. 3 years with the company and im not full time, nor insured.

Even our departments are so poorly run that they are all unhappy. They are overworked and expected to do so much more then they can handle with just them and another person. Customers come to my line and tell me how long they had to wait in the deli and how they never got help in the bakery or they couldnt find someone in produce. or there was no one in the holiday aisle to help them.

The store managers don't care about anything and thats where the problem trickles down from.

With zorro!! Our store is completely clustered with drama and harassment its absolutely ridiculous! I'm a 30 something mom working to help out my family and i come in to work every day with a smile on my face and a great attitude, Yet any time i see a manager walk by me and greet them i get a dirty look and a grunt!! I am so tired of being treated so poorly and treated like i'm not needed and i'm so useless. Years with this company and this store is by far a terrific store when its a different set of management. I once watched the front end manager Joanna screaming at our back up manager chelsea! She just sat there and yelled at the poor girl just because we were busy and chelsea had to get on a register because no other management would! People are constantly being screamed at and told that they are not working when they clearly are! Standing at self checkout is working whether your running a check through the machine or greeting a customer at the front of your line. Diane is constantly yelling at a certain cashier and almost making her cry just because she is helping a customer at the podium instead of at the register! This store is very discriminative against anyone who isn't in the management "clique"

Thank you for your time so much and your response. However we don't have any cultural team, we barely have a safety team or advisor. We don't have union reps that are even reliable anymore! The union is steering clear of our store as much as possible. And we believe it is because of Diane's relationship with a corporate employee who happens to be her uncle! That has come straight out of her own mouth. Its not a rumor, but rather a fact. Recently the company has wrongfully been firing people and substituting fraudulent evidence to the termination of employees! But we do have someone inside management working closely with other sources watching whats really going on now.

Okay hi Zorro I'm sorry you had to come to a ripoff report site instead of being told this I am a cutural council rep from Store #10 43rd and Bethany in Glendale Arizona I don't disagree with you at all about the rudness of our managment team but no matter where you go management is bad. Our store is one of the only companys that have the Cutural Council we strive for you as an employee to be happy with your job. Trust me go speak to your council rep's they will make sure this person "Diane" is talked to or "let go of" We are at our wits ends we are laying off finally because the economy is so bad. She is known as red leadership and we have had that at our store but once the employee was spoken to she is still mean sometimes but has lightend up on people because she knows how it puts her job in "danger" So don't worry your little head I've been with the company for 3 years I understand their views but your right our company still needs work! But thats why they have us. I have a suggestion for you join the Cultural Council it would help us out so much! Thank you so much for your time!
