Complaint Review: ftd - chicago Illinois

 I joined ftd to help my business but all I got was a financial debt , and them not doing what the were suppose to . A ftd rep came out and signed my flower shop up. He was suppose to sign me up for the tulsa area. But boy did I have a supprise he had signed me up for cities 25 to 50 miles away. I asked them to remove them due to not going to those cites i was told to reject the orders, that the directories had already been printed. I was being charged for these, and if I did not reject them within 15 minutes I would be charged delayed response . Well the first month I made money not much but I made some and after that when they had me going all the way as they thought, i began to loose lots of money thinking i could get out of debt, but that is not the beging of the ordeal, My program sent to me on a disk, I then contacted them as instructed to download the disk and get my flower shop on line to be a ftd florist.

I contacted a tech who helped me download the disk she seemed to be unclear on the total process. After compleating the download she sent me a test order , I explained to her while after her sending me the test that something was wrong that it did not look correct and the program did not appear to be running correctly. She told me it would be ok , that it would take it a while but it would run correct. I continued to come in and check my orders , through out the day I would get a question is this order delivered yet , well I did not receive the order to deliver it after about the fifth time at this , I contacted there murcury support , well no answer had to leave a message , week after week. no answer . And I am still loosing orders I was suppose to get I would get phone calls and look on the computer no order to that nature. Hum. call murcury support still no answer what is the deal.

I went along and went along , finally my rep came in , hey we got a problem, this murcury is not working , and I am coded for cities that i dont even go to or know were they are , He states He will fix it and have murcury support call me. Ok

Well months went by still fighting them calling and calling bill is getting higher and I am loosing my butt, hum they are calling wanting to know why I have not sent them any money , well I have called you and called you trying to get my computer program that is wracking me up a hefty bill, FIXED and you are not helping me come on people I need to fill orders to get out of the debt you have put me in and need my computer program fixed so I can work and try to get out of debt hum 29.00 order going 50 miles away try to reject it after it finally came in 4hours later hum I just got hit with delayed response charges because I can' t do a orchid for this price this far away.

Well I had to close my flower shop due to finacially not able to keep it open because by now I owe them 9000.00 dollars with no purchases what hum I have told them time and time again that my program is not working, they keep telling me they will have someone call , no they dont. When you do get a order the grip example I was sent a order in july with christmas greens in it well they cancelled it and I was not able to pick up the product due to no christmas greens customer was not happy WHATTTTTT.

Well I called Ftd and tryed to make arrangements on paying my bill , but they said two hundred dollars a month was not good enough they want 500.00 I dont have that , I tryed to explain to them that it was in there program , and that no one ever called me to fix it,and they said there notes showed they did well no you did not , I was there from 8 am to 8 pm every night and no calls ,I would not owe this much money if they would have fixed the program and were maybe my orders would have came to me. This amount is orders I did not receive and they charged me delayed response. Well fix you program and I could have filled orders , and would not have been charged come on , I would get some orders and some I would not get. Well another they cancelled due to card being hand written I the order was 75.00 when it started with there program you could only imagin what I was charged . They want to take me to court well they caused me to loose my business, and they are nothing but money hungry people . I really dont feel this is fair I called and called for help and did not get it I sent them 200.00 money order last month and have tracked it they have not cashed it or applied it what the deal. I have never been so aggrevated in my life I sent them a letter telling them my shop closed well it has been two months and they are still charging me for the service and trying to charge me for orders what the heck . FTD you are a rip off I pray to god you change your ways , o yes you dont have to you can rip people off and get by with it .
