 I ordered far advance of Mother's Day for flowers to be delievered a few days before.  The flowers were never delivered and the money was taken from my bank account.  When I demanded a refund, I was told it could take up to 5 days.  Day 6 rolls around and they gave me $10.80 back into my bank account.  That is $49.15 short the amount they took from my bank.  I was told they reimbursed shipping.  They shipped nothing...
