I  have been playing bingo on line at FUNTIMEBINGO.COM for about 6 weeks. I have been depositing money into my Fun time Bingo account every week; I have won and lost many games; just having fun.  Anyway, today, 7/4/2010 I won a $250.00 bingo jackpot! I was excited; I called the toll free phone number to inquire about collecting my winnings; I was told that before they would pay me that I would have to complete a rollover of my deposit by 10 times for bingo games and 15 times for slot games.  I didn't understand what she was talking about so I said good bye. 

 A few minutes later I contacted the FUN TIME BINGO live chat line. Kim, the chat operater told me that I would have to deposit another $625.00 into my account and WAGER IT ALL before I could collect my $250.00 bingo winnings from today! I told Kim that this was a RIP OFF! Kim told me it was the rules.

After serveral phone calls; I finally received my winnings on 7/29/10.   I requested the payout of winnings on 7/6/10; they said it would be 7-10 days before it would process for payment. First they told me that the check was in the mail; sent on7/16/10 by UPS.  I called on the 28th of July 2010 and they told me that the payment was held up and that they would send UPS the next morning and that it would take 7-10 before I would receive the winnings.  I asked them to send it overnight and was told that it couldn't be done. I asked for a supervisor and the supervisor got it approved to send overnight. Anyway, to make a long story short; it is a BIG HASSEL to get your winnings but they will sooner or later pay out!

Update on situation at Fun Time Bingo

I'm just updating information that I posted a couple of days ago. Last night, 7/6/2010 I called Fun Time Bingo and spoke to a person that called himself Chris; I again requestd a withdrawal or payouts for the Bingo winnings that I won on 7/4/2010, $263.00. He didn't mention anything about having to meet a roll over of 15 times my deposit; he just said that I needed to sign a credit card authorization form & send him a copy of my credit card and drivers license to prove who I was.  He emailed me the forms that I needed and I sent him the information that he requested.  Sending all that information made me a nervous but I have a personal friend that won about 6 weeks ago and she said that she had to do the same thing to receive her wininnings. She received her winning in about 14 days after she requested it; in a form of a check. Anyway, I called again today and spoke to an employee at Fun Time Bingo and they said that the request was received and should be processed in 7-10 days. So now I'm waiting for a check from Fun Time Bingo.  I will update this report in 7-10 days to let you know if I received my winnings! Wish me Luck!
