This company is a total scam. I am the owner of 5 businesses and i deal with different merchants all the time. A vendor came by and talked me into doing business with this company , Future Payment Technologies in Dallas ,Texas. After using their services for about a month in a half , all of a sudden they put a hold on 1796.00 for my credit card transations. I called this company everyday for 3 days straight trying to get a explanation but all they could tell me is that the only person that i can talk to was a Christina Webb. For 3 days i left Christina Webb  a total of 30 messeges. She never returned my calls. They refused to let me speak with any manager and informed me Christina Webb was her own boss. The funds that Christina put on hold was our payroll funds. Finally today i researched this company , read the rest of the complaints on them and i called them again today and according to their website the President of this socalled company is Chad Smith, Executive Vice President is Chris Dierks, so i asked to speak to one of these guys, still they transferred me back to Ms. Webbs voicemail.

Today after calling numerous times and asking to speak with the President of this company , i was put on hold and after 3 days i spoke with Christina Webb. She had no explanaation on why she never returned my calls but did inform me that after her "investigation" she feels like my company is a "high risk".  I informed her that giving financial advice , 401 k advice , and

giving retirees advice is not high risk. The mistake that she made is she shouldve googled my number and also go to our website. That office does nothing but help people. I do own other call centers and she may have them mixed up. She told me she was holding 900.00 for 6 months and i said that is not going to happen. She has no complints on my company, the customers themselves were happy with the services and we had zero chargebacks. She explained that we ran the same credit card more than once that declined , i tried to explain to her that the customer had a pre paid card that he forgot to activate. The amount that she withheld is incorrect so i consulted with a attorney and he told me to document everything.

I only want ouf funds from this shady business and will warn anyone else about doing business with them. They are very unprofessional and it seems as if they are trying to steal some of our money. Beware of this place.
