So let me get this straight: You got ripped off for $1000 on a computer repair, which was never resolved. Then you decided to give this thieving company more money by buying a dishwasher from them? Then, when they'd ripped you off more for the warranty repairs on the dishwasher, which were never resolved, you decided to give them even more money by buying a computer from them? Did you ever think that maybe companies think they can get away with this stuff because they actually _can_ get away with it? How much abuse would it take before you finally stopped shopping at this store? Here's an idea: Once they've ripped you off once, especially for a significant amount of money, DON'T GO BACK!! As long as people keep shopping there, they'll never have a reason to change their customer service practices.
