I was frustrated and asked to speak to the supervisor. A lady named Jenny picked up and explained why I was having the difficulties I was having. The company apparently grew in size quite a bit, and for some time, hold times were quite high. They added many more agents and lines and now customers don't wait more than a few minutes. I also got my refund confirmed.
