Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My name is Earl and I live in Yuma and I've had a continuing bad experience with G Energy for the past 9 months. I am almost 90 years old and my wife and I have absolutely no interest in solar on our manufacturedd home. Last year was my first call from one of G Energy's callers.  I have since that time been called at least 50 times from several different callers working for G Energy. I have asked them not to call anymore but they keep calling and calling. They say they're going to take me off their list but that obviously has not happened as they keep calling. I have now reported them to the Arizona Attorney General Office. I have tried to find out who G Energy is and there is no information anywhere about them. As far as I can tell they are a scam trying to take advantage of older people like me and my wife. And I have several friends here in Yuma that have had the same bad experience!!  STOP HARASSING US!!

Earl:

I can tell you sir,  we do not target a certian age group when we market for contract solar installers. And im sorry if we called you 50 times,   We have a phone system that tracks all the calls coming in and going out , of our office.   So If you would like to contact our office (602 810 3432)   we would be happy to resolve all of your issues with G energy.

But ,  this brings up some very  good issues ,  regarding retired folks and the increasing rates of the utility companies.

A short story regarding a 84 year old gentleman in AZ,   He responded to one of our advertisements and was concerned of recent increase with is energy bill ,  He said it increased twice in the last few years.  After contacting the Installers we work with ,  we were unable to help him find an installer to install a system.  What he did tell me is he wrote a letter asking the utility company to discount his energy bill,  becouse he was on a fixed income and his bill was high due to many medical devices running in the middle of peak time.   The Utility company denied his request.    Solar and retired folks :    a very important issue.....

Our average age of homeowners who we help find solar  installers   is 53 years of age.  Homeowners who are getting ready to retire and want to help hedge the increasing cost of energy.

Example:   Mr. Shlick ( who was asked to use as a reference and we never asked his age)   in Yuma owns a manafuctured home and just started generating his power thru solar energy... Becouse of his structure ,  the first installer was unable to design a sytstem for Mr. Schlick,  But we found an installer who could help him.... Let him tell the story..... (((Phone number redacted)))....His concern from the start of this process was to offset the increasing cost of his energy bill...

Please contact our office for any/all issues:   thank you...............
