My name is Gabriel and on 10/5/2013 i had contacted Galika Construction to do a 24x24 Fundation for my garage in Everett MA. After the owner Andrei come and see the job we agreed on a verbal contract of $$$$ to do the Fundation Labor not including Concrete. All set and done. The first day he showd up at 11.20Am he stated that he had to redo his inspection on his truck. i did not mind. The fundation was dug by my friend not to his expectation witch he offerd to fix it for a fee.He got his equipment over and started making the holl bigger.
He removed my 2 stumps from my yard that was taken out already,wich i payed for and purchase some crusht stone to fix my second driveway level. Nice first day ended at 4 pm so he do not hit traffic on R1 N and requested a deposit. No problem.Next 5 days he was comming at 10.30 take a load leave by 12 pm and show up at 3 pm again for 1-1.5 hours of work. He did not work on Sat/Sun .I did not mind at end of day he requested more $$$$ he was out of fuel.NO problem. He requested that i purchase some Diesel because he is low for his Bobcat. $100 no problem wich i payed for.????>
i started to ask him how much will he charge me for the extra work not included on our deal. Don't worry i will take care of you my friend don't worry.Remember we did not start any fundation work yet.He left and i had to contact him by phone so i can request a cost.He got upset over the phone and he told me to stop wining like a (BEEACH) ??????? No way....... I had owned a company before and never disrespected any one like this.The next day he came to pick up his equipment staiting that he got a one day job and he will return later.After comfrontation he stated that i treatend him that i will burn his equipment. ??? in my own property????? i don't think so. I don't play with fire.
I had requested my deposit back , his responce was that he want me to pay him $1000/ day for his work. ??????????? because he is making over $3000/day and he is giving me a deal. ?????? No way please you have my $$$$ i payed for your extra work and dumping fees. i want my deposit back. OOO i have a family to support... Yes me to. You did not told me you will charge $1000/ day. He got a better contract somwhere alse and did not know how to bail on me faster.I had field a small clame for my deposit back and $100 fuel cost.Please i had to rent equipment to finish the job. I had contracted another company that finish the fundation in 3 Days with a crew of 4 man.In by 7AM-out by 2PM. and saved a couple of $$$. Do not use this guy he will waste your time and $$$$.Shop first before you waste your time with people like this.
