I was injured and when I tried to file a claim with a state of nevada private insurance carrier, mary beth was out to lunch all day, could not even find someone to talk to. Sometimes I would get the fax machine when I called the number. The girl in industrial relations with Motor Cargo called me and had me write down all kinds of formulas for determing my claim, she finally said I was entitled to 204 dollars for one week and 206 the next. The state of nevada literature had a formula for a maximum of 3200 a month and I was making almost twice that in a sweetheart union contract working seventy hours a week. Since when does the company decide a state industrial claim?
