I am 6' 185 lbs i sliped on some plastic on my flatbed truck i was driving while i was loading it on Nov--8-07 i just got my ok for rotator cuff tear surg- 4-23-08 after i got a good lawer. U MUST HAVE A GOOD LAWER ASAP!!!!! If U are dealing with this Co. Did not recive no compensation untill 4-3-08 and then it still is not the right amount according to the tennessee state law on workers comp---ALL I CAN SAY ISGOOD LUCK DEALLING WITH THEM!!!! GET A GOOD LAWYER ASAP NO JOKE.
