Gallery Of Homes Rip off Piedmont, South Carolina
This company Gallery of Homes (Gunny Houston, Norma Walker, and Randal) released my private information (address and phone number) to my brother who I have a restraining order against and have had one against for 3 years. When I found out what they had done (he threatened to kill me etc since he had found out where I live) I told the company the deal was off for me buying a home from them.
I have paid 3,535.00 dollars. They only refunded 3,000. They claimed they had to pay 500 for an appraisal; however, the bank says they never did an apprasial or ordered one. Watch out for this company they will lie to you by saying you are not locked in to anything and can walk away at any time.
They will give out your private information to anyone and they do not care what kind of harm comes your way because of their actions. My brother told them he hadnt spoken to me in 3 years, you would think that would of been a red flag to them to not give out my information because there was no way he could of known I was even trying to buy a home from them if he hadnt spoken to me. Buyer BEWARE!
