I sent an email with the link to this report saying that I would be happy to Update if they would resolve the issue. Gamepal did so. I recieved the refund in Game Pal Dollars 3 days after I sent the email to them with the link. I want to be fair and say that they issued the refund that I was promised and added additional GPD for the mix-up. But I do feel ( and I could be wrong) that I would still be waiting for the refund if I hadn't been so public with my complaint. I'm still not happy with the service I recieved. But I can only complain about the slow response and the lack of email communication from the accounts dept. at Gamepal....however I was not scammed out of the promised refund.
