Ok, well to start off I purchased a Build and Account from Gamepal. Paid my money turned in what I want built. I ordered it on 10-22-07, I then saw them start on 11-5-07. And by the way, they gauranteed me 14-28 days, keep that in mind. And when I logged onto the website to see the progress noticed on 11-21-07. Almost a month after my order, the character had done what should have taken the company 2 days to do. So at this point im understanding that this could have just been a mistake, and just want an update. Very long responses email and they will always leave you hanging. For example saying "Will have to foward to a manager." At two different emails I actually get Kristi saying that I am entitled to a warranty.

We offer a guarantee on all made4play orders though, so if we can't complete it, you are entitled to an exchange or refund. We deeply apologize for the wait on your order, and hopefully these issues will go away shortly as our made4play is run in our Raleigh operations office.

Last real response I have had from them, and I have been sending emails weekly asking for anything? any kind of response. It is 02/12/08 now, and I feel I have given them plenty of time befor coming to this website to do anything besides just take my money, and they have shown me nothing.

So I have learned my lesson. A simple search on this website would have helped, and I have learned to check here befor purchases. Or possibly just google search the company your buying from always works.

Stay away from Gamepal/Gamewar. Buyer Beware.

Been a couple of years actually about 4 since I updated this but since I logged into my email today and saw this so I figured I'd update everyone and let you know I did get my service completed. There was a conflict at the start but they made it up and leveled a second character to 70 at no charge.

I actually ended up getting well more than I wanted out of the order and was extremely satisifed with my purchase
