Be careful of who you trust. I called these guys to come install my brand new garage today for $300. The guy I talked to said there was a $100 deposit, which I complied. The time for the installation was 9 am to 12 pm. The guy never showed up, so I called the 800 number and asked them where their guy is. After asking that, they transferred me to another person and he told me that he'll call the installer to see where he is at. I waited a few minutes for him to call the installer and when he was done talking with him, he came back on the line and told me that the installer is on his way to my house; I was relieved after he told me this. An hour went by and the guy still didnt show up. I was outraged and stressed at this point, so I called back and told them that their installer is no where to be seen and please give me his number so I can call him. The person on the phone told me to wait and transferred me to their door department (which was strange). I waited a few rings and the line all of a sudden went dead. I called right back without hesitating and asked again where their installer is. The person I talked to once again transferred me to their door department and someone answered and said, "we're sorry, but the door department is closed today. I can call where your installer, Travis, is. He should've been there already since your scheduled time was 9 am to 12 pm. I apologize for any inconvenience and will call you right back." I was irritated and told him to hurry it up and call back. I waited another 15 mins and could no longer wait. I called back and told them that I wanted my deposit back and for them to cancel my installation. The guy I talked to was Benny and he told me that I will have to wait for Monday to get my deposit back, but he will process my cancellation. I asked why do I need to wait for Monday to call back for my deposit? He then answered that it's because their customer service department is closed until Monday. I found it very shady that I even need to call back to get my desposit. I plan to call back on Monday and if I dont receive my desposit back, I'll surely go after them.
