This report is clearly bogus and probably one of the endless fly-by-night sellers of bogus h2o2 products. For example, we have never sent any h2o2 product by the post office as doing so is extremely illegal. We also are not "aka" some wedding business. Ripoff Report does not have any confirmation system. Anyone can make any claim for any reason or not reason. Competitors can post as though an angry consumer falsely. The complaint above is 3 years old, provides no information to verify or check if the complaint was filed by a customer. We have been in business selling h2o2 products since 1998 with many thousands of sales a year. Paypal, who processes online sales for us, would refund to any complaint for which we could not prove delivery confirmation by the shipper. Paypal also would have canceled our account years ago if we were a fraud. H2o2 products are often sent with the bottles compressed to allow expansion if highly shaken during shipping. Only fraudulent h2o2 sales would have a liquid in it that did not gradually build up pressure as FOOD GRADE h2o2 does not contain stablizers to prevent it from doing so. Both the product labeling and an additional slip inside the shipping box explain the caps need to be slightly loosened if the product is to be stored for a long period of time. All TRUE 35% FOOD GRADE hydrogen peroxide will build up pressure inside a sealed bottle over time. If it doesn't, it isn't 35% Food Grade. We have had the same customers for years, including health supply stores, government organizations, doctors, alternative healthcare providers and corporations, and individuals. If the person filing the complaint provided any information to actually allow exploring the complaint, we would respond to it in detail.
