Garfield T Moore Mr. Moore sells products to people that he does not have to sell Ebensburg Pennsylvania
Mr. Garfield T Moore known as "Coach Moore" contacted us and said he had products from the goverment that was in a flood and the boxs were damaged, but the four wheelers and lawn mowers were not.
My husband met Mr. Moore whom is a man of 62 years old and thought he was an honest person, however after he received our money we never heard from him again. After research we found that Mr. Moore was from the Ebensburg, Pa area and had cheated many people from Cambria County, Pa area Indiana County and now us and another couple from Armstrong County Pa. There are warrants for his arrest however he has not been picked up yet.
We just had a call from another party that he cheated and this man told us he just cheated another man for $1000 in the Cambria County area. We lost $400 and have filed charges, and we hope that he is soon got. We thought we were buying a riding lawn mower. I hope people read this and never deal with this man.
