I own a smaller dealership, and I can't express the value of the vehicle inablers I use in my cars. It saves us, the banks, and the (responsible) customers so much time and money when we make the mistake of lending money to people that choose not to repay the loan. And as for this guy... I'd be willing to bet that the salesman, General Manager, and the Finance DIrector worked their @#$'s off trying to get this guy funded, and all he did to reward them was to refuse to make his payment on the loan the employess fought for him to have. Wow, some people...

You admit you were "credit challenged", and you didn't even make the first payment on time. Yet you are accusing them of taking advantage of you? Oh yea and I am sure that everyone believes the "and if they could have waited the next day I would have made the payment" line. I will give you credit for one thing, at least you didn't say the "Check was in the mail".

How politically correct! So you already had a history of not paying your bills when promised and you're surprised that a lender would reposess when you couldn't even make the first payment on time? Get real! You're learning the hard way that people who lend you money take it much more seriously than you apparently do. If you keep up that behavior, soon you won't even be able to open a bank account, much less get a loan. If you think the dealership or the finance company took advantage of you, then you are sorely in need of a reality check.

You couldn't even make the FIRST payment on time. It was ONLY the FIRST payment and you were already SIXTEEN days late. No wonder you are a "credit challenged" buyer. You hadn't had the vehicle 30 days and you were already falling behind. I mean why did you bother to even go through the motions of "buying" a vehicle if you couldn't make the payments? Maybe you should have just RENTED a vehicle for 46 days, it would have been cheaper. That's kind of funny about them putting a GPS locator on the vehicle. Saves time and money with your track record. Makes it easier for them to repo it and I'll bet your down payment paid for it. Makes sense to me. YOU reap what you sow.
