This is Gary Simon. I have received logo design orders from almost 800 clients in my time being a logo designer, and I can confidently say that the report written above from "Losdoss" is easily the worst client I've ever had to deal with. I went *above and beyond* for this client and in the end, even gave them a full refund (which they fail to address in their report). Let me make something clear here, I state on my logo design order page I offer 1 concept with unlimited revisions. That's how I'm able to charge so cheap, that way if I'm able to successfully design a logo the first concept and the client is happy, they've just scored a great logo for less. So I designed a concept for Losdoss. They didn't like it. Usually if a client absolutely does not like what I design, I will design a new concept. So I designed a second concept. They decide they didn't like it either and wanted a totally new concept. At this point I'm a little frustrated (particularly at their inability to type coherent english, that always makes things hard too, trying to interpret things as a designer), so I decide to design a 3rd concept anyways. Their response to the 3rd concept initially was that they liked it and only wanted a revision. Then the next day on AIM they decide to tell me they want something totally different again. At this point it's becoming unacceptable and I let them know that they're going to have to order another concept before I can continue designing for them. That's when they asked for a refund, which I gave them (a full $99.95 refund). And that's not something I have to do, because it's stated on my terms of service page that after a primary concept and revision has been completed, you can only receive a refund of your original order minus a $45.00 service fee. So I decided to fully refund these people, because whoever they are, seemed like they have the character to do something ignorant like this and open up a ripoffreport and make me look bad. Stupid me, huh? I guess this just goes to show that after 800 clients, you're bound to come across a few of these types. Sigh.
