I got my money back. Thanks to FOX T.V. Channel Action LIne I'LL advise everyone with a problem with Gateway save all of your documentation you'll need it Contact Fox Action Line in your area They have power(threats of putting it on national TV is great power Contact the FTC and you state consumer commissioner all of this can be done online but cfox channel action line are the one that will probably solve your problem. Never will I ever do business with Gateway again and all of my friend and family (who all have PC's) say the same after seeing my problem.

It's now 30 days since the original replacement order was entered. still no camera. every time a delivery date arrives I contact customer service they say Technical Problem with order cancel it and enter a new order. NOW I'M ON THE 6th ORDER and thats waiting for financial aproval for a camera that was already paid for GATEWAY Customer Reps. are BRUSHOFF Artists. I have requested to return the original camera 3 times for a refund They just ignore this request.
