Over two years ago I turned over three credit cards to Geana and Associates to settle for me. This way I could pay off all my debts at one monthly amount. After the first year they were only able to settle one and my account had switched hands to another representaive. Later I found out that the previous represenative had mishandled the second account and had to be resettled all over again costing me more money.

I was supposed to be out of debt this coming Novemeber but in May when I called they told me the third account had never been taken care and on the second account I would have to pay over 100 more in monthly payments then what I was currently making.

After this I found out that the third company was about to take legal action against me and I had no idea that it had not been taken care of. Then they sent in a late payment to the second account after it had been mishandled which almost cost me that settlement deal. At that point I was told my current balance would be sent back to me which was 583.00 and I could take care of the remainder on my own.

At this point the company still has not reimbursed my money. They are the most dishonest company. PLEASE be aware that they are changing their name. My adivce is go to your credit card company first and see what they can do. If not triple check any consolidation company you use with the business bureau. Geana and Associates screwed up my credit report and finances.
