Geeks on Site Fixflash Scammed into working for one month, and did not get paid, Fired! Miami, Florida
I worked for Geeks on Site for several months, since July of 2012 till March 2013. I accidently left my clip board at one of their customers, which has much of my personal information on it. Geeks on site claims I was trying to compete with them and steal their customers. (Not True) I went back to the customer and retained my clip board. I was fired. Geeks on site refuse to pay me $355.49 for the month of march because I did this.
I performed the work, with no complaints from any customer. They reaped the benefits of my service. I loved this Job. But now I'm not so sure this was a good Job. I did not have a background check, or was my credentials checked. This was strange.. I could be a serial murderer. I wonder about other techs. Lucky for Geeks on Site my creditials are certified, and I'm a Christian. I just don't understand how they let me do all that work, make money, and not pay me.. It's Thief..
I called Miami Labor board, and they said they would contact Geeks on site to pay me my money. But no guarantee. For other Techs looking for work with Geeks on Site.. Beware!
