DONT GET GEICO INSURANCE they will RIPP you off

WE got insurance on the internet from GEICO. They were taking it out of our account But then the Dates started getting to be diffarant days of the month it went form th 22 nd all the way to the 4 th . YA to there bennifite So we called the lieing cheating RIPP OFFS (GEICO).

We told the a hole on the phone to stop takeing it out of our account That GEICO would end up getting paid 2 months in advanced if they keep this up . SHE was very RUDE to us and tryed to over talk my wife then tryed it with me.

Then we told her that we didnt care what she was LIEING about we check our bank statements on a weekly basis and we KNOW for a fact when yall started taking it out and were it is now being taking out WE had enough

Then she told us they would do it but it would cost us double the amont to keep our policyThat we our paying Now DOUBLE PEOPLE not 5 our 10 dollars more DOUBLE the amount.

GEICO does not tell you this when you get there insurance our to they state on the internet NO WERE THEY WILL SCREW YOU AND GO UP ON YOU

So we asked to speak to a supervisor and HE was a rude a hole Told us he dont care that is what GEICO is going to do and That was his exact words HE DONT CARE

Hey ahole and you LIEING CHEATING GEICO EMPLOYEES LOOK and this ant the only palce we our telling people not to use GEICO

When you first started to policy with Geico (with automatic deductions) you only had to put one month down to get the policy started but had to maintain in the automatic deductions (there is also a disclaimer on the website if you would have looked.) The automatic deduction payment plan is a special payment plan that allows you to pay for the current month that youre in. Whereas a traditional monthly payment plan (one without automatic deductions) requires that you are paid ahead 30 days in advance. So when you requested to be removed from the automatic deductions is will change your payment plan to a regular plan, which requires you to be paid ahead thirty days (hense the double payment) The agent also would have advised you that it would be a double bill for just one time only then it would go back down to your regular monthly installment, I highly doubt you caught that part since you stated you were screaming. Also, Geico will accept a partial payment to help compensate for that double bill for changing your payment plan. If you would have given the agent a free moment to advise you of this you wouldnt have your facts all mixed up. And for the agent speaking over you....dont dish it out if you cant take it, customer service agents are people too, and DO NOT have to deal with your disrespect....and high five to that supervisor for putting you in your place.

Oh and please realize its LYING not LIEING and also RIP-OFF not RIPPOFF.

Your spelling and grammar are terrible, what "successes" have you had? Talk talk talk, I have my Bachelors degree in Business, ran a million dollar land survey company in Florida for years. I love my job, helping people out, engaging them in conversations, solving their problems.

At this point, I don't even care if Geico did what they say you did, you deserve it. Someone needs to talk to you the way you talk to others....the golden rule must have passed you by. Intelligence, kindness and common sense....those dogs don't hunt for you do they? lol

 I screen my people and do a back ground check and they our recorded at all times.

I've never read from a script, I work to help the people who call in. I would have put forth an ounce of care if your insane self called in. Get more files with honey than with sugar. I'm country also, but I carry myself with a bit more class and intelligence than you. I've never spoke to someone rudely or hung up on anyone. You claim to run a business, yet cannot even communicate in an intelligible manner.

Here is a free tip, see the check mark with ABC when you are responding? Its spellcheck, use it.

Also, you give consumers a bad name, demanding dicks, who think everyone is out to screw them, thinks in their delusional minds they know a lick of what they're talking about....You, sir, make me sick. You are the definition of a worthless individual. Keep thinking you've busted this and had that licence....amazed you even know how to turn a computer on.

Keep on thinking your the victim....no real "country" person would act like you.

If any off yall would work for me I would fire yalls a ss I have rude people to But when they our talking nice like my wife was and one of my employees would of done what GEICO did they would be fired so fast  That is what is wrong with BIG COMPANIES businesses today they don't have the same morals as they did 20 years ago They care about one thing only MONEY and How to screw the consumers and think the call centers they hire will hire good people that know the business they our in and not read from a script and be nice to people that our mad YA THE PEOPLE OUR MAD They Might have the right to be But these call centers our rude say any thing they want too and cause more trouble for that company.

That is why I run my own tellmarketing room not some snot nose BRATS that think they can say what they want tooo and not try and resolve the situation in a respectful manner and make sure my employees knows what they our saying our come get me not a fake supervisor This is why some good companies look at people profile on the internet and also look at these site like this one and see what they wright and then can there    a   sss

I also had insurance License to do claims and also to do policies 25 years ago and Hey CONSUMERS DO YOU KNOW I was the only one takeing the class That had any construction experience and also knew how to work on vehicles Then when i went in the field it was a joke some of the adjusters didn't even know how to read a tape measure our what a transmission cost.

YA we our country people BUT WE KNOW HOW TO DO FIX ANY THING AND NOT LIE TO OUR CUSTOMERS AND RIP THEM OFF and be RESPECTFUL TO ALL PEOPLE RICH, POOR, Smart, not to SMART , ALL PEOPLE  

The way I was raised was not to lie our cheat any body and That is all the so CALLED INSURANCE COMPANIES DID and I quit to because I wasn't going to be lying and ripping people off AND  back some dumb but up that was lying to a consumer and trying to screw them.

I work in a call center, I know your type, we have to interject and talk over you because you won't shut up and listen. You got hung up on for talking inappropriately and cursing, Id do the same dang thing. Talk big over the phone but Id dare your cowardly selves to talk like that in person. You get treated how you treat others, calling someone names shows ignorance, rudeness and general disrespect for someone trying to help you and do their jobs.

When I call someplace, regardless if there is a problem with something or not, I don't take it out on the poor person answering my call, hell they can possibly fix the issue for me! I am more apt to help someone if I get treated like a human, be pleasant, polite and you'll get it solved much faster and to your satisfaction than being a jackass. When will people learn? What happened to civility and common courtesy?

Besides I am sure there is a complete lack of you being truthful, did they find those 2 speeding tickets you tried to hide? That DUI?

Wouldn't you call someone names when they try to rip you off and are rude and hang up on you when you are trying to conduct business with them. They also tried to over talk my wife and then tried with me but I stopped them in their tracks, that's when they hung up on me, even a "so called supervisor" was rude and hung up on me because they couldn't get away with ripping us off, we caught them on their own game.

So...you call them ranting and raving like inbred morons, threatening them and cursing....I know you type. Everyone is an A hole, but you are innocent and calm...sure....I have a 10 foot wang. I can tell by your illiterate posting that you didn't read the details of your payment plan. Take a hard look at yourselves before calling someone an "a hole" and rude.

Be very interesting to listen to the recorded phone call and hear the real tone and ignorance of the caller.
