Gemco Pest Services/Jim Franklin Money Back Guarantee...NOT!!! Magnolia, Texas
Purchased an expensive mosquito misting system from this man/company in 2008 with a "money back guarantee if not satisfied" clause. Gave us a sense of security.
After two mosquito seasons with it inoperable and the major components needing replacement and being told that he (Jim Franklin) would no longer use that company to make his systems anymore as they were unreliable - i asked for my money back, as I was SO not satisfied!!
I was told that he didn't have the money to give me! He offered to "make payments" until the system was paid off- $3,00.00 worth! Trouble is, he now won't return any of our calls. He is touting a $25,000.00 termite warranty when he can't even repay a $3,000.00 warranty!!! I am out several thousands of dollars for a piece of crap! And that doesn't even cover the chemical refills at $280.00 each that went to waste every time the lid was removed for over 6 weeks for repair!!!
HE doesn't even want it back! He is a shady businessman!!!
