Complaint Review: GEMSTONE PUPPIES - CINDY KEARNEY - Montana

I wish I could post all of the threatening and down right discussing letters this woman sent to my wife. She has even stolen stuff off my wives site and used it on her new site. What kind of person are you? Well I guess we all know now.

All Sandy did was give you a puppy because Betty the person you bought your puppy from would not. You were not owed any thing from ether of these women because you didnt fallow the contract. The same contract that you have yourself. Even after Sandy gave you a puppy you tried to get another puppy from Betty.

Cindy posted an add on puppy find with slanderous remarks about Sandy like she is doing to other people right now.

Any one who has read any of the post on this site please contact my wife Sandy Wills she has emails from Cindy & Betty to disprove every one of Cindys claims. I can not believe the out right lies she has told it takes a very bad person to be able to tell them so easily.

The only reason Cindy came after my wife instead of Betty is because she has a web site and Betty dose not.

In spite of all Cindys attempts to hurt my wife, things are going very well for her. And we are contacted all the time by people due to the adds Cindy posted on rip off report to tell us they to have had problems with Cindy and that is also how we found out that Cindy had changed her name and web site.

I believe that is the favor of God.

Rena I would like to take this opportunity to ask you and any other breeder that have had bad dealings with Cindy Kearney AKA Ann Tanner to join me in my quest to stop her campaign of lies and slander against good and honest breeders.

I am happy to inform you that I am putting together a group of breeders and people who have bought puppies from her and were scammed. Just like you. I will be contacting you via e-mail, in hopes that you will join us in stopping this madness.

People if you are reading this and other reports posted by Cindy /Ann be aware this is her way of forcing them to bend to her will. Do not be fooled by her vicious tactics she will say or do any thing to ware her victim down. She uses Puppy Find as well to rip up people. BEWARE!

That is all that needs to be said. But I would like to go on and state that I am sorry for all the people that have been placed on rip-off report that should not have been. These reports are never taken off of their site, there for evil minded people can place a report on any one they wish to slander. Giving these lies eternal life. So people keep this in mind when reading any report found on this site. I am sure there are just as many true reports as false there for you must find other avenues to investigate these businesses. So things did not work out between Cindy and I it happens. Things never should have gone to this extreme. But they did. I wish her nothing but the best. I would like to thank all the Breeders & Clients that stood behind me during this time. Your emails and phone calls were such blessings to me. I do not know why Cindy should expect anything less than what she gives her clients. Cindy is an awesome breeder. I have personally have purchased several Chihuahuas from her and I am considering another. I have been to Cindy's kennel, if she is a puppy mill then I would like to come back in my next life and live with her. Puppy mill, what a joke! All my Chihuahuas from her were extremely healthy, well cared for and well socialized. They actually surpassed my expectations. I could not imagine Cindy ever doing anything like what Sandy just did to Cindy. Sandy did send Cindy a gorgeous black spotted on white long coat female with a perfect bite but it is too bad that it died 5 days after Cindy received it of distemper. Now it gets worse, Sandy has the balls to say that it is Cindy's fault. Hey Sandy have you heard of an incubation period. DUH! I guess you are not that experienced or you just don't care. Well anyway it keep getting worse, now Cindy like any normal personal expects a replacement of equal value since the puppy did come to her already infected but since Cindy is a breeder I guess she should not expect to be treated like a normal puppy pet buyer. Sandy just can slander Cindy and try and make her look like she is the bad person and hope that she will go away. But how can the buyer be bad (pet buyer or breeder) when the dog comes to you sick???? Anyway, after much going back and forth Sandy agrees to send Cindy another dog. Mind you, not the dog that Cindy wanted as a replacement, and she was even willing to pay more money for, but was sent a dog that was a third of the price. The so called replacement dog is a black smooth coat with a horrible under bite. It has been more than 4 weeks and Sandy still has not managed to sell one of the black smooth coat litter mates. Cindy also paid for the additional shipping cost. Now who do you think got ripped off???? Sandy how dare you say that you were not responsible for the dog, that it is Betty your partner that was. Betty was not paid for the dog you were. Oh, one more thing, Cindy has not sold any kind of puppies other than Chihuahuas for over 1 year. Cindy is only breeding Chihuahuas and the only reason she is selling her adult Pomerians and Yorkies is because she is not breeding anything else other than Chihuahuas. Sandy called Cindy a puppy mill because she was breeding more than one breed and she advertises on puppyfind. Look at the pot calling the kettle black. Sandy breeds Chihuahuas and Maltese and advertises on puppyfind. The big difference between Cindy and Sandy is, Cindy sells healthy dogs that are well cared for that she stands behind 100%. Cindy is an honest ethical and a very professional breeder. Sandy shame on you for not standing behind what you breed or what your partner breeds.

Cindy are all these people lying on you? You know if this many people are saying the same things it must be true. Maybe you need to set down and take a long hard look at your self. We can't all be wrong about you.

Shame shame on you both for making up stories and using Rip-Off Report as a bulletin board. Sandy and Laurel both know Sandy sold me a sick puppy that died 5 days later due to distemper and giardia. Then required me pay more money to ship me a replacement puppy that was in no way comparable to the first. It has a severe undershot jaw and a bad case of ear mites ! Shame shame on you both ! Trying to make me look bad, when it is not me at all, but Sandy Wills. She even got me to change from the original puppy I have a contract for, to a different one. It was suppose to be a nicer puppy. That way, she could selll the original puppy I wanted, to another buyer. That was fine with me, but don't say "I" am the one who changed the puppy. You did it Sandy. I got nothing free from Sandy ! In fact, I got ripped off ! The 2nd puppy she sent to replace the one that had distemper when she sent it to me, is the worst puppy I have ever seen. It can't be sold, or bred. Bad bad quality for what she calls a Champion sired puppy ! I have been ripped of twice now by Sandy and Cedar Valley Teddybears. Both stole money from me and got away with it. Now use Rip off report to make up stories. I have never even come close to stealing money or dogs from anyone and never would. These people can say what they want. I know the truth and do not have to prove anything to anyone. WHY ? Laurel would go to this completely different report that has nothing to do with Sandy...and say what she said, proves she is only slandering me. Get a life Laurel !

DO NOT BUY or SELL to GEMSTON PUPPIES OR CINDY KEARNEY You are not the only person that she has done this to I know 2 other people. She is a puppy mill and is breeding all kinds of breeds and selling them on puppy find. She bought a dog from a well known and reputable breeder I know. And she harassed her for months. She stole a dog from her. And tried to get another one from another person I know. She has no class and uses the worst language in her e-mails. She acts like she is some kind of know it all and demands you do what she tells you to or as she puts it YOU WILL PAY. She kept switching which puppy she wanted and when she got her puppy she said she did'nt like her and wanted another one or she would slander the breeder. I wish I could get my friend the breeder to file a claim but she is to nice. This is a scam she has pulled with many people, to get free dogs or money. Just look her up on the net and you will see. Shame on you Cindy Kearney...............

The intended use of this site is to report "rip off's". In this report, submitted by Cedar Valley Teddybears, they had no rip-off to report. Her primary intention was to place my name on the site and voice her opinion about why I should not have reported her as a rip-off artist. These people ONLY filed this report on me, due to me filing one on them, for stealing $500. from me. My report was appropriate. Theirs is not. They knowthat these rip off reports stay on the internet forever. Please look up "Cedar Valley Teddybears" and you will find my report on them. I won a paypal dispute against them, but got back twenty two cents.... instead of $500. Rena removed the money from the account so she wouldn't have to refund me. They "could have" given me another puppy, but declined. I did ask for another. They are puppy brokers, selling numerous breeds from their home. They are not a pet store, as they claim to be. I have never treated a client like this and have given refunds on many occasions, for various reasons. Yes, I have a no refund policy.... The no refund policy is in place to protect me from people who place deposits, then do not complete payment for the puppy. In That situation it is appropriate to exercise a no-refund policy. This was not the situation between Cedar Valley Teddybears and myself. All of this could have been avoided if they would have sold me the puppy they advertised / or refunded my deposit. That is all I ask for. Neither of the two would these people agree to. I would not recommend them to anyone. The pictures they show are not of the puppy they are selling. Then they tell you they grew, between the time you place your deposit and the time to pay the balance. As for "me" making them pay...pay...pay.... Not true ! I have only twenty two cents as a refund....and I let it go....because it will come back to them someday. It is not up to me to punish them..... Not my job..... All I will do is give them a "bad" recommendation...perhaps that is what they mean by me making them pay...pay...pay.... ?

I filed a report against Cedar Valley Teddybears in Oct. 06. Please type in "Cedar Valley Teddybears" and you can access the report I filed. As a way of getting "even" with me, Rena and Ronald McBride filed a report against me. They know that any report filed on this site, stays "forever". My report was appropriate, as they "stole" my deposit. Their report is not appropriate and reflects no wrong-doing on my part. I purchased a puppy from them, based on an ad on Puppyfind. AFTER they recived my $500. they sent me updated pictures. The puppy was not the same puppy. I told them I did not purchase this puppy...were they sure they did not get it mixed up with another ? They swore it was and I told them I did not want it and to either give me the one they advertised, another one similar, or a refund. They said, they were not going to refund, and since I did not want the puppy, I lose my deposit. I ask several times, for a different puppy, similar to what I thought I had purchased and I would send the balance due, but they declined. These people are "puppy brokers" and sell many different breeds, aquired from people that breed litters. They are not a pet store, like they claim. They sell puppies from their home. I have a no-refund policy also. I have given refunds for various reasons and have never had a problem with a client. My no-refund policy is to protect "me" from people who place a deposit and do not complete the sale. These are the only people who deserve not to receive a refund. Not in the situation I was in with these people. They rightfully should have given me the dog they advertised, or a refund. I am not making them pay...pay...pay.... I received $.22 cents back from Paypal, after winning the Paypal dispute. Rena removed all monies from her account, except the $.22 cents. I lost $500. It is not my job to see that they are punished for stealing... What goes around...comes around. I totally believe that.... Perhaps what they mean by pay...pay..pay...is the bad reputation they have now, since this incident. I intend to tell everyone about this and not recommend them to anyone. Do not trust these people. I do not have to bad-mouth them....they have done it themselves by what they have done to me. You do not take money from people and not deliver the goods. I feel sorry for people like them. There are many good honest breeders out there.... look very carefully before sending a deposit. Get references. I did not do that. Shame on me.....
