Generational Equity, Generational Equity terminated without foundation Dallas Texas It started with a meeting in there corporate office. T.J. Karmele stated that we would have at least 3 months to learn the business. In fact he stated he stated that it took him 2 months to finally get the system. The group was told not to worry about getting attendees. That it would come in time. After a week of training we were finally able to get on the phone. I was there less then 1 month .When I was told that they were letting me go for lack of production. They had people there that had been there for 3 years and struggling In fact one person had been there 2 months without an attendee. Watch yourself if you decide to take a position there: T.J. Karmele is a liar,Steve Schrieber does''t have a clue what''s going on and by all means avoid Olivia Maxwell. She has definite issues! She is self centered, lacks experience as a manager and may have a problem with race. They lied about everything. The dress code was business casual. People were walking around as if they just rolled out of bed with there clothes on. Confused

While I can understand how you may feel you were mislead by being told not to worry about attendees, there is a distinctive difference between production and attendees. Yes, the overall goal is attendees, but as a former call center manager/trainer I can tell you that when production is reviewed, managers also take into consideration the amount of effort a person puts into their work. How many dials did you have per day? What was your talk time? How well did you interact with the people you reached? How strong was your close? Anyone who is let go within a month from any job should not be confused. They should know that they were not a good fit for the job, either because they didn't put in the effort and work it takes to be good at a job like this or because they simply didn't have it. A successful business person who finds themselves confused seeks out answers and is able to admit when they need assistance. This company contacts business owners who may be confused about what their options are in this economic climate and many will seek direction from professionals. I suggest that the next time you find yourself confused about why your were let go from a job you ask your supervisors what you can do to improve your performance in the future rather than repeat the cycle and wind up terminated all over again.
