George Helm, owner of B P Premier Properties LLC buys and flips properties.  One of my buyers purchased a home thru a realtor here in Las Vegas.  I met George once and while at the properties close to closing the sale, I noticed in the garage a couple of left over tiles that he used on one of the floors and asked him if he would leave them for the new buyer.  I never in noticed his truck/car or whatever he was driving.  He said yes and that was it. This was about a week before closing. We closed the property on April 27 and my buyer and I met at the home to give them the keys.  George was not there.  I left for work and came back that afternoon. My buyers wife stated that the new furniture was delivered and the owner came over also.  There was an old beat up refrigerator that was left in the home.  Seller was suppose to have moved everything out.  The new furniture delivery man wanted to get rid of the old refrigerator for them and the owner got upset and stated that "HE" would be back shortly to take the refrigerator.  At the same time, he told the buyer wife that he was going to replace the garage door opener as he has no remotes etc., at the sametime he picked up the refrigerator.  My buyers waited there 3 days for the seller to come pick up this eyesore of a refrigerator that they wanted out of their garage. I went into the hospital for a heart operation and when I came out a few days later the refrigerator was still here.  There was also a leak in the front yard that seller did not report or fix.  I asked him to please have his people fix that also and I will pay for it.  We agreed on that.  3 days later, nothing.  I called George again and again and still nothing.  George told me his working Nelson will come over and pick it up.  Nothing about the garage door opener or leak in the lawn.  He would not answer the phone from that point on and only texted me Nelson phone number, who does not answer or return phone calls.  I called George again from another phone and he answered as he would not if I used my reg. phone.  I told him this has been going on for too long and he was not being fair to my buyers.  He appearly called Nelson and Nelson then called me.  We made arrangements to meet at the home at 2 PM on the 11th.  I told him it had to be then as I have another appointment at 2:30 PM.  I had to drive to the other side of town and waited.  Nelson did not show up, I called him 4 times and he answered on the 4 times.  He stated that he would be there in another 30 to 45 minutes.  I told him that we have been waiting and that would not work.  I got a hold of George again and was told that Nelson is not his employee and that was between Nelson and me.  I told George the old beat up refrigerator was his and he hired Nelson to pick it up so alease for that job, Nelson was his employee.  How long would you allow a seller to keep his junk in your home that you just purchased.  I told George that he had plenty of time to pick it up and now I was going to get rid of it.  He started name calling and even said that he never said he would replace the garage door opener when he said it in front of the new buyer and the deliverman 2 weeks ago.  First lie from George, I looked into his trunk, I never did even notice if he has a pickup, car or not and the few tiles were in the garage, not a couple of boxes.  2nd was that he was going to get a truck to take out the refrigerator.  That was a week before closing, why was it still there at closing and why was it still there 2 weeks later ?  Nelson, when I talked to him the last time, told me to move it out of the garage and he will pick it up another time (what another 2 weeks).  I it a big old beat up eyesore and I am sure the new neighbors would really like to see that in the drive or roadway, much less his wife and kids moving this heavy piece of junk.  I told the buyer that I will be back that evening to get rid of the refrigerator and that was the end with the seller.  I called Nelson and did tell him not to go there anymore to harass my buyers or I now will call the police on him, it was over as his word in no good just like George.  George told him to go and harass my buyers which Nelson did and left very quickly when the buyers told him that they called me and I am on my way.  Buyer be ware, if you purchase a home that George and B P Premier Properties LLC flipped he is known to hide and cover up proplems, not fix them.

When I wrote my rebuttal it was all fact.  When lying george talked to my buyer's wife I quoted him on what he said to her.  He said that "he would replace the garage door opener".  We all knew he was talking about the remote but called it a garage door opener as remote opens the garage door.  Lying george has lied on everything because that is the type of person he is.  He got caught lying to my buyer and also did not complete what he said he would do.  Think about it, you are moving in to your newly purchased home and there is junk in the garage in the way for weeks after it closes and the seller making no effort to remove it along with repair problems that the seller said he would fix that has not been done.  

Lying george helm is a coward that cannot face people but lies and goes on a computer and lies about people that stand up to him for all the wrongs he has done.  How would you like it if, lets say, you have a neighbor that you do not get along with and rather than your neighbor talking to your face, goes on the computer and makes up lies about you to have others look at you and not at what wrongs he is doing.  Meet lying george helm.  I have a lot of referals because of the excellent work I do for my clients and yes, I will stand up for them when they have problems with the "lying george types".  It is amazing in todays world where someone can go on the computer and lie about someone else and then you receive many contacts from companies wanting you to pay a lot of money to have these lies removed.

Real Estate Agent Richard Querney Lied in his rebuttal of our original complaint against him.                                                                                                    Agent Richard Querney Lied in his rebuttal of our complaint against him. He stated we told the buyer we would replace a garage door opener unit due to a lack of a remote. This is an obvious lie, everyone knows you can purchase a remote cheaply from Amazon or home Depot for under $10. Eliminating the need to replace a $300 opener. Real estate agent Richard Querney lied and was deceptive in his statements. We deal with Agents regularly and Richard Querney is the only openly deceptive agent we have ever had to deal with.
