They texted and called people from my contact lists and telling them about my unpaid loan. I was able to pay it partially and I did inform them that I'll pay it once my salary comes. Unfortunately because of what they're doing, I lost my job due to bugging my boss in the middle of the night. They are going to tell you that you are not responding, but you are trying to contact them but there's no response at all. They can't even provide a copy that I agreed to their terms and condition before I get the loan. Also, they can't even tell where's their office located and someone told me that they are just operating in a condominium. I'm talking to a lady named Vanessa which I just recently knew that she is a supervisor but can't explain the details of my loan properly. Being a client, I don't deserve this kind of treatment. Whenever you're going to open the app, it says it should be updated, but if you're going to playstore, it's not searchable already. The clients can't even check their balance left.
