They seem nice and professional at first, and then once they destroy your stuff they don't even return your calls. Ridiculous, unprofessional packing -- they ran out of packing material, barely used any bubble wrap on fragile items. Glass was packed against glass, a toolbox on top of clay items. Lamps were broken or severly damaged. Wooden tables were broken or damaged. Glassware: 1/3 of total shattered. Clayware: 1/2 of total shattered. They even managed to break plastic items! My bike was damaged. Bookshelves didn't arrive. Books arrived warped. Cloth chairs were filthy beyond rescue. If you hire them, get ready to experience a nightmare.
They first quoted me $3000, then after the in-home estimate that they claimed couldn't be done until 4 days before my move they upped it to $5000. In the middle of busy summer moving months, I had nowhere else to go. Simply, the most horrible experience I have ever been subjected to. They kept switching the delivery date, kept giving me run around about when things would arrive, my guess is that my items shifted trucks over and over again.
