Unfortunetly I'm not able to contribute any new information. Everything I have read in the reports on this website is happening to me. The ACH payments that were deducted from my checking account for the past three months have not been forwarded to my creditors.
Ironically, I was told today via e-mail that my account was in "review" and if I would "hang tight" and "be patient" I would be contacted after the "review". Now I know nothing will be done. I have contacted them via e-mail to have the ACH payments stopped and requested a confirmation of my request, and surprise, I'm still waiting.
I will continue sending messages via e-mail to Gibson Trust and I will be making phone calls to the Attorney Generals Office. I too will become a thorn in their side! Hopefully, if enough people scream and make waves, someone will notice and this matter will be resolved for all of us.
