They're still at it! My problems are very similiar to everyone else's that I've read - however - One think that I've experienced that I wanted to share.
Not knowing what was going on I sent my October paymnet via Western Union as usual. I had not received an electronic payment from Gibson Trust so I attempted to contact them. After a little bit of web surfing I understood what had happened with this company and my payment.
However, several weeks later I received in an envelope with the return address stamped from Gibson Trust that included a Western Union "check" which stated it should be signed by the sender and will be deposited in the "receivors" account.
First, I was elated thinking I received my money back but then I checked the endorsement on the back of the check and it was "stamped" with the deposit stamp of Gibson Trust with their bank account number.
I called Western Union (WU) and they advised me if I signed that "check" and went to the WU office the monies would them be deposited into the account referenced on the back - which was Gibson Trust.
I figure their "original" account was moved or frozen so they had to try to get every last penny they could out of their clients.
So my warning is ----- don't sign anything relating to Gibson Trust unless it is from the State Attorney's office or you KNOW what you are signing.
