The Ex-Employee is LYING! .....

Okay-

We all know that the hell-hole called Gibson Trust is located in Florida...

So why is the "ex-employee" signing Pompano Beach KANSAS??! I think this person would fit in good at Gibson Trust, however. Fraud seems to be the going thing there.

And, in rebuttal, I hope they shop well with our money. Because after we all team together and file a lawsuit, whatever they're buying will classify as the LAST of their shopping sprees!

Please, Please, Please --- We know you are angry about the ripoff attitude at Gibson Trust. We have been in contact with them and have encountered the illusive customer service tactics to which many have referred. Don't shoot the messenger! Most importantly, we hope to win you losses back and we can not do that if you alienate the very people who can best help us do that. Just Remember, these ex-employees of Gibson Trust are victims also of different hue. ED Magedson [email protected]

People....Please try to be somewhat civilized when making arbitrary comments about former Gibson Trust employees. The former employees that are willing to post messages on this site are doing so to help you. The notion that we are here to protect the interest of Gibson Trust is unproven and completely inaccurate.

If you are serious about establishing a Class Action Suit against Gibson Trust, you will need the cooperation of the former Gibson employees who come to this site. In the eye of the law, insider testimony is ALWAYS stronger than the "he-said, she-said" banter of an alleged victim.

As a customer, you must assume some responsibility for this situation. Afterall, you signed the service agreement that ultimately sealed your fate. Had you carefully read the agreement, you would have noticed that DOESN"T GUARENTEE ANYTHING. Had you read it carefully, you wouldn't have signed it. Just for the sake of curiousity, have an attorney review the service agreement and see what he/she has to say about it. I'm pretty sure that it doesn't protect you against anything nor does it explicitly say that Gibson will use the money that you sent to them to pay your bills. You must also assume some responsibility for not doing the necessary research to make an educated decision in regard to choosing a consolidation company. The Better Business Bureau is typically a good source of information. Obviously, this site is great as well but, people generally hear about it after they've been victimized.

With that said, I understand the anguish that you have gone through during your experience with Gibson Trust. The way that they did business is not indicative of the debt consolidation imdustry as a whole. There are many excellent companies that actually do a good job with helping consumers get out of debt.

REMEMBER, THE FORMER EMPLOYEES ARE HERE TO HELP YOU, NOT TO PROTECT THE INTERESTS OF GIBSON TRUST.
