I purchased a wagon on August 29,2004 from this company. On september 7,2004 the money was deducted from my account. I still have not received it. The phone numbers listed on their web pages are all wrong. I went on a search and found the number. After finally getting in touch with them they promised my order was on it's way. That was around september 20th. I have sent numerous e-mails and have called repedially.

Every once in a while they will goof and answer. On October 15,2004 i actually got a tracking number from them with UPS. I track it every night but it has not even been sent from their company. It was done electronically. This company has done nothing but lie to me. The wagon was for my 2 year olds birthday which was September 27,2004. What a heart brake for her. Any help would be greatly appreciated on getting the wagon or my money back. THANK YOU,

Tina

I have spoken to ms. bilbrey and she has already received a credit for the full amount back onto her credit card. The problem from the beginning was that the particular vendor supplying this item was not honest enough to let me know that the item purchased was discontinued. Had I known of this, I certainly would not have processed her order from the beginning. The vendor had also conveniently charged me for the cost of goods and I had to seek a refund as well.

What you posted is nothing new the firm Gift-catalogue.com and there sister site Just-Leather are both run by the same scam artist. Do the following and you will see some results. Also call your credit card firm and tell them you want to do a chargeback......This is information someone else posted for me and it worked, just file complaints online and see your money magically appear when they see you not messing around: File a complaint with the NJ Attorney General's Office at http://nj.gov/lps/ Next File a complaint with the FBI at this address -- http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp Then the Office of Consumer Protection at http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/ocp/ocpform.htm
