 I placed a custom order for a pair of jeans for my niece at $39.50 on April 15th of 2015 which the site stated several weeks for turnaround but as of June 9th, I still hadn’t heard anything. I emailed them and received answer same day stating they shipped priority mail and as of 6-12, I asked if there was a tracking # to which she replied “Hi there yes you should receive by today tomorrow it was a nightmare items were ready but I had to redo so many my helpers did not work out I will not ship the items in that condition thank you for being extremely patient“.

On 6-14 I still hadn’t received package or tracking # and 2 months after my order I was frustrated, emailing her again. She responded saying she was overwhelmed and super busy and a lot going on behind the scenes and it was being sent that night, but she told me it has shipped already prior. When I asked did it or did it not ship since she told me it did days prior and she gave me a long winded response about her helpers were to blame and she couldn’t keep up with demand and she would refund me.

I continued to email her saying it was in poor business that she lied 2 times prior telling me it shipped instead of being honest and in the end I still didn’t have an item that I order over 2 months before. Then she sends me a shipping label that was a totally different date and when you tracked it, it said there was no movement or activity. Also you told me 2 times it shipped, them admitted you lied saying you were backlogged and were refunding me and now you supply a tracking number.

I questioned her to find out whether the item was actually shipped or not and she responded that I would receive item on Wednesday and if not she would refund me, this was 6-21. Wednesday came still nothing I emailed her demanding my refund as I wouldn’t entertain this any longer and she responded that was spending time with her family and multitasking???

I told her this was bad business and didn’t understand how she didn’t see this as a problem that her story keeps changing and I paid for something that not only I didn’t receive but I couldn’t get a straight answer. The emails continued as she kept telling me about her persona life and business and that she never received treatment like this from anyone over a pair of pants???? I’m appalled that this woman is even allowed to still conduct business and steal people’s money and then act like she is the victim.
