I would rather flush my money down the toilet then give them my service or money! They are scammers and thieves. I have never bothered taking the time to write a review for any company -ever. But this "company" infuriates me so much that I need to warn everyone I can reach about them.
They didn't deliver what I ordered, are impossible to get it touch with- I am actually talking to a customer service agent onlive chat right now that is refusing my request to speak to anyone on the phone. The number goes to a voicemail no one ever answers. I didn't get a refnd and I never got my order.
Give your money to a homeless person before you give it to this company. You won't get what you ordered and won't get a refund. Total scam. I wish I had read other reviews before I used their site. Sent the item as a gift and was so embarressed when it didn't arrive.
The "Customer service" aka one indian guy probably working out of his basement who told me his name was Ryan and then that his name was Vincent in the same day- does not care about satisfying customers he just gave me the run around for a month it was a complete joke. He didn't deliver what I ordered, is impossible to get it touch with... the number goes to a voicemail no one ever answers. Save your time and don't order from them. It has been a month and I still haven't been able to get my order or get a refund.
