Giove Law Office Another Victim New York New York
A few months ago Giove Law Office called me regarding an old credit card debt that I knew I opened back in 1997 and had never paid in full so I agreed to a payment arrangement. It wasn't until I never received confirmation of these arrangements that I began to do research on this company and what I found was very disturbing. I contacted the original creditor who could not find any information even with my social security number. Then I put stop payments on all future payments to these crooks but they were able to snatch $400 out of my checking acct. I closed that bank account and now they are calling again. Now, they are threatening to list this debt on my credit report as it was not previously listed (I just ran it a few months ago). Now what do I do?
