Girls Gone Wild ripoff fraudulent billing ripped off and scammed Hollywood CaliforniaFOX 6 investigative reporter John Mattes first broke the story how Girls Gone Wild was marketing videos for only $9.99 consumers found the company tacking on huge fees. Thousands of consumers called it a rip-off on ripoffreport. After our story aired an attorney sued calling it deceptive advertising. Video part 1 Video part 2
I ordered dvds from this company was told as a new customer I could get an extra two dvds for an extra 19.99. So I ordered a total of four(4)dvds for 49.98.When my shipment arrived, I only got three dvds. The next month I got the fourth dvd, but they billed me for an additional 19.99.
I have written three(3) letters to cancel my order, with no response. I recently went to the bank to make a withdrawalonly to find out that they (girls gone wild) had made another withdrawal from my account, and that I was now overdrawn, which means addittion fees. I then call the 800 number to talk to a customer service representive. and was given a long distance phone number. I am a working person, and do not have a lot of money too pay for a long distance phone call.
