Glencara Irish Jewlery Stole my money and ignore my emails and phone messages. Galway Ireland
I orderd a bracelet on December 14th 2013 for a Christmas present. I still have not recieved it. I orderd it with "free" shipping and not fedex like they keep saying i should do. Everytime i email them i get a automatic reply saying they will get back to me but they don't. After about 2 weeks they said "We shiped you out another one." but I NEVER receive any thing. Every time i call they said it is "after" businuss hours. I call at 8am EST. I don't understand what i need to do to just get my bracelet or get my money back. I have called and left messages, I have emailed them them a TON of times and even contacted coustmer service. I just want some awnsers. They still have my money and I have nothing in return. I am getting really sick of these games.
