GLENWOOD MANAGEMENT CHARGED ME OUTRAGEOUS FEES TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AND THEN REQUIRED I ALSO GOTO AN INSURANCE COMPANY CALLED INSURENT WHERE I PAID THEIR FEE 2200.00 AS WELL AS TWO MOS RENT4200.00 AS A BACKUP DUE TO MY CREDIT RATING AND I HAD 290,000 CASH IN THE BANK. AND CHARGED TWO MOS MORE TO GLENWOOD ONE MOS RENT AND SECURITY 4200.....SO I HAD TO PAY 10,000 IN ALL TO MOVE INTO THEIR HAMPTON HOUSE BUILDING ON 131 EAST 102ND STREET.........EAST HARLEM ....NOT THE BEST AREA BEWARE..

I HAD TO CANCEL LEASE AS IAM A SENIOR AND HAD TO MOVEIN WITH MY MOTHER AND BROKE THE LEASE AFTER FOUR MOS WHEREUPON THEY DEMANDED ANOTHER 42OO TO BREAK LEASE FROM THE ESCROE OF INSURENT THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN THE FIRST PLACE...............

IT LOOKS LIKE PRODATORY LEASING SOMEONE MAY BE GETTING A KICKBACK TO USE ADDITIONAL SERVICE INSURENT.

OR GLENWOOD OWNS THE COMPANY RUN BY JEFFREY GELLAR.......THERE IS A LAW PROTECTING SENIORS 127 FOR BREAKING LEASES IN NEW YORK..BUT TO NO AVAIL PREDATORY AND GRABBBING MONEY FROM DESPERATE SENIOR

BEFORE MOVING INTO THEIR BUILDING SHAME ON THEM!
