Fight back. There s sooo many complaints and numerous violations by MIKE ROWE. File a complaint to the DIVISION OF DEALER LICENSING in Margate. File a lawsuit or join the class action lawsuit against this guy. He changes the name of the dealerships. He s the owner. He says he s the manager cause of his lawsuits and criminal record. But he owns the business.

I got ripped off by this guy too. I filed a lawsuit. If you want to join me let me know. I pay lawyer fees. This guy needs to be stopped. He got a long rap sheet. I filed a lawsuit against MIKE ROWE.

to mike rowe your offer of a $2,500.00 offer for anyone who saw this complaint does show some dishonest practices.for the most part wouldn't you benefit more by offering that money to her and getting her to go away and cut your losses!because as you know and so does everyone else if you give someone a $2,500.00 discount just on a whim you 1) are going to charge it to someone else 2)put it on there loan somewhere else or 3)your sales tactics are dishonest to say the least full of hot air!on the other hand if what you say is true i've been to your car lot and i am willing to buy a car i've already picked and will bring you the cash less the $2,500.00 discount (so i challange you in front of everyone in this forum as a honest man such as yourself to uphold to your promises) the ball is in your court and as a honest man myself i'll give $1,250.00 to this lady as a good faith jestor of my own.you'll save face and i'll get a good deal so what's it going to be

Why would I lie on the credit application? What lie could I tell that wouldn't clearly show up on the instant credit report Premier Auto Finance pulled for Mike Rowe? At age 21, how much bad credit could I have accumulated? For the record, I have no foreclosures, no bankruptcy and no repossessions. Mike Rowe recognized I was new to this, and he took advantage of it, and abused it. Why would I lie when Uncle Mel's ad clearly reads Absolutely No Turndowns, No Credit Checks!? Before we signed the finance agreement, he told me Premier Auto Finance reviewed the credit history along with the earnings information taken from the pay stubs I supplied, and that they authorized him to complete the sale. Three weeks later when I received the first call from Uncle Mel's, I repeatedly asked Mike Rowe what new information, outside of the earnings info and the credit report, would cause such a late and dramatic reversal of the signed Premier Auto Finance agreement? ...I'm still waiting... Now, how is that for responsiveness, service and cooperation?... Mike is trying to sound like he is a victim when he is the one in possession of my $2000 deposit, my $247 car insurance payment, and the car which he reclaimed four days before the first payment was due. What Mike Rowe does not answer in his rebuttal is what justifies him refusing to return my $2247. Why would I lie when I'm the one handing over $2247? What is Mike Rowe not telling you about regarding the in-house financing? The first call from Uncle Mel's, alerting me that they could not honor their original Absolutely No Turndowns promise, came one week before my first scheduled payment. The call came while I was on my job. I was told the original financing did not go through. How could that be? I have what looks like a legitimate finance agreement, the 1999 Dodge and Uncle Mel's has my $2247. I was told that in-house financing could be made available if I brought in an additional $1000 in two days. My new payment would be nearly $500 per month but made in weekly installments of about $125; I found out later that they would probably require me to put their new wireless engine-kill device on my car, so that the car would not start if a weekly payment is late. That Great deal Mike Rowe is referring to in his rebuttal isn't sounding so great now. Yes, I trusted Mike Rowe and Uncle Mel's to Do The Math, and now I regret I didn't do the math. No matter how much math you do on this, it won't add up to buying any car from Uncle Mel's Used Car Clearance Center. As you can see, Mike Rowe is surely not short on boldness. He is now offering to take the money he took from me and give it to you as a $1000 discount on any car you buy from him. What a great deal, great service and great guy. Shame on you, Mike.
